How order data is handled

1. What we collect
We collect the contact, business, campaign and payment-related information needed to process an order. This can include your name, email, phone number, business details, service area, website, offer, selected platforms, uploaded logos, photos and other campaign assets. Stripe processes payment-card information directly. We do not receive full card numbers.
2. How we use it
We use submitted information to recommend campaigns, produce and deliver creative, verify claims, provide support, prevent abuse, improve ServiceSeason and measure the purchase funnel. We may use de-identified and aggregated information to improve trade intelligence and operations.
3. Service providers
We may share only the information reasonably required with payment, hosting, storage, analytics, communication and AI-assisted production providers. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy obligations. Do not upload unnecessary secrets, regulated records or sensitive personal information.
4. Website review
If you provide a business website, you authorize us to review its publicly available content to reduce intake work and understand your services and brand. Important offers and factual claims still require your confirmation.
5. Retention
We keep transaction and order records as reasonably necessary for accounting, dispute resolution and legal compliance. We may retain approved brand assets and campaign history to support revisions and repeat orders. You may request deletion of non-required working files by replying to your order or delivery email.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service or storage system is completely secure. Please share only the information needed to fulfill the campaign.
7. Selling information
We do not sell customer personal information. We do not use customer-uploaded photos, logos or confidential business details to advertise another business.
8. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of applicable information by replying to your order receipt or campaign-delivery email. Some transaction records may be retained where legally required.
9. Children
ServiceSeason is a business service and is not intended for children under 13.
