Customer Terms
Effective September 18, 2026
1. The service
ServiceSeason is a campaign-generation product operated by Threshold Group LLC. Quick Hit includes one creative direction in three sizes plus copy and a launch note. Campaign Kit includes two creative directions in three sizes each plus copy and a launch plan. Season Pack includes three campaign concepts in three sizes each plus copy and a 30-day posting plan. The exact package and price appear before checkout.
2. Timing
Generation begins after payment is confirmed and a complete intake is received. Card payments ordinarily confirm quickly, but payment processing, missing assets, unclear claims, outages or third-party service delays can delay access. The product does not promise delivery at an exact second.
3. Your information and claims
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of every offer, price, financing statement, warranty, license, certification, review, testimonial and business claim you provide. We will not knowingly invent factual claims. You authorize us to use the information and assets you submit to perform the order.
4. Uploaded assets
You confirm that you own or have permission to use every logo, photo, video, testimonial and other asset you submit. You are responsible for obtaining releases from employees, customers or other identifiable people shown in submitted media.
5. Automated production
We use automated systems, artificial intelligence and third-party production tools as part of the creative process. You must review the phone number, offer, price, service area and other factual details before publishing. Do not submit confidential information that is unnecessary for the campaign.
6. Usage rights
After full payment, you may use the delivered final campaign files commercially for your business. Threshold Group LLC retains its software, templates, systems, workflows, prompts, trade intelligence, methods and other pre-existing intellectual property. Third-party fonts, stock materials and platform elements remain subject to their own licenses.
7. No performance guarantee
We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, leads, booked jobs, revenue, profit, conversion rate, return on ad spend or platform approval. Creative quality is only one part of campaign performance.
8. Revisions and refunds
One reasonable revision round is included. Additional concepts, changed offers, new sizes or work outside the original brief may require a separate purchase. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy linked on this site.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Threshold Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Indiana law. Questions or notices may be sent by replying to your order receipt or campaign-delivery email until a dedicated ServiceSeason support address is activated.
